We are a small, family-run Majorcan business that has been crafting traditional handmade products from the city for over three centuries.
We currently have three locations in Palma de Mallorca. The first one, established in 1977, is located on Carrer Can Sanç. It preserves all the original charm and features of the very first shop, which opened back in the 1700s. The second, opened in the 1990s, is located in one of the city’s most emblematic and exclusive areas, and it strives to maintain the quality, finesse, and essence of the original Ca’n Joan de s’Aigo. The newest location, inaugurated in 2018 is situated on the ground floor of the former Bar Triquet building, designed by “s’arquitecte” Gaspar Bennàssar in 1909. It is our most modern space.

Our story begins with almond ice cream. For decades, its quality and benefits made it much more than just a dessert: island doctors recommended it for the sick, claiming the ice relieved inflammation while almonds were easy to digest and rich in energy.
